But mostly patience. Personally that’s my biggest thing. Don’t lose one week? Be patient and stay the course. It’ll come off eventually. Just. Keep. Going.
crawling my way to the end of this semester
Crawling my way through this month. It was rough D:
So hey! I’m back, and not too bad either. I updated my about me to reflect some of what had happened for my absence, but not really. I just had a huge relapse last June and decided to just completely stop for 6 months. I honestly can’t tell you why but I did.
I’ve been back in the game since January 1st and I’m only at a 5 pound gain from where I was last time I logged in.
In numbers that means last June I was at 160lbs and I am currently 165lbs.
I told myself I wouldn’t log back in until I was at the same weight but I figure you’re all forgiving enough and I could use the motivation.
I’m halfway to where I want to be in terms of my weight loss and I don’t want to lose motivation now, where I always seem to.
I’ve been feeling sad lately for apparently no reason and I don’t want to take it out on food.
So. Here I am! Back and ready to go through all the posts that are uplifting and motivating.
Any followers that I have, always feel free to send me messages if you need motivating or if you feel like giving me an extra shove it would be appreciated :’D
If you feeling like swimming sooner, just go to Florida. Year-round pool weather!
This sounds like something Calming Manatee would say, but that’s okay. I believe everything that manatee says.
Don’t ever give up on your health!!! Just because you fell down once doesn’t mean you can’t get up, dust yourself off and get back to work! Healthy is a lifestyle, not a short-term, means to an end!
i just needed this RIGHT NOW!
so true. For the past month I’ve had more cheat meals than I should have, but I’m gonna get back on track and try to balance it all out..not discouraged..motivated :)
